What material, thickness and style are the frames made of

Our frames are wood and made in Los Angeles. Acrylic covers the print and the frames are black. The frames have a border of 1″ making the final diameter of a Framed Poster 1″ large all around (ie. 24″ x 36″ = 26″ x 38″) and frames are not matted.

How are mugs made?

Mug artwork is inkjet printed, using special dye-sublimation inks and transfer paper. After printing, the transfer paper is wrapped around the mug. The image on the transfer paper is mirrored. Heat and pressure is applied to transfer the image. Printed dye is mixed with the coating. The image then becomes part of the mug.

Are the products eco-friendly?

All our shipping products are either 100% recyclable or fully biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.

How are your products packaged for shipment

We package each item based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment. Generally, posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps. Frames and canvases are usually shipped in corrugated boxes, ranging in dimensions of 26x20x18 to 28×5.5×38.

Frames are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches, then they are wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap; lastly, they are wrapped in a thicker, more durable bubble wrap that will add extra protection during shipment.

How do I place an Order?

Select your item, if a poster select your size and frame option. Check out in shopping cart. You will receive an email with your purchased items. Following with an email of your tracking number.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to shop in Inspirattica, but and email is required for invoice and tracking order purposes.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled. You can also obtain the tracking number by clicking the ORDER TRACKING button at the bottom of our page.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Terms / Policies / Returns

My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender, most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned. We would contact you to determine how would you like to proceed. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delievery date.

What if my address was wrong?

If your address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually the package is sent back to us, and then we’ll contact you for an updated address but you will be charged again for the shipping. However, the packages sometimes are not returned to us. In this case, you would have to process a new order to replace the original.

What happens if a package isn't delivered, but the tracking states that it did?

In this case, although unusual, we would not take responsibility. A new order would have to be placed.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

We guarantee each product from the moment it leaves our shop to the point it is received by you. If any order arrives broken, damaged, incomplete, or wrong, we ask for photo verification of the damaged goods send to support@inspirattica.com, and we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will re-print it and re-send it at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, Printful unfortunately would not take responsibility.
